Diagnostic ready

Every word counts. Watch a lesson become a diagnostic.

Grading speaking is the task every teacher dreads. Meet.it listens during the lesson and hands you the diagnostic minutes after class.

Sample data.

A classroom built for speaking. Nothing to install. The insight comes after.

A queue everyone can see. The teacher gives the floor with one click, and the student takes the stage.

  • A stage, with seats.

The teacher in the spotlight, the class in a filmstrip. Whoever holds the mic takes center stage.

  • Class pulse, at a glance.

Students quietly signal whether they follow. You see the gauge, not them.

  • One link, zero accounts.

Each student gets their link by email. They click, they're in. No sign-up, no app.

Student voices, handled with care. Consent first. Audio gone in 90 days.

Each student decides once. No consent, no recording — they still join and speak. Read the privacy policy.

  • Mic only

Video is never recorded. Only the microphone track, so the diagnostic can hear the words.

  • 90 days

Then the audio is deleted. The written diagnostic stays, the voice does not.

  • Per student

Consent is asked once and can be withdrawn any time. No consent, no file — the track is never captured.

  • GDPR

Records belong to the school. We process them to produce the diagnostic, and for nothing else.

Questions you'd ask before a pilot. Short answers.

We already use Zoom — why switch?

Keep Zoom for meetings. It doesn't know who spoke, for how long, or with which mistakes. Meet.it ends each lesson with that diagnostic.

What does the pilot include?

Your English classes run in Meet.it, free. Each lesson ends with a per-student diagnostic plus a class report.

Who sees what?

Teachers see their own classes. Students see only their own report. Admins manage accounts and access.

Do students need an account?

No sign-up, no app. Each student gets a personal link by email; clicking it is the login.

Is video recorded?

Never. Only the microphone track, and only for students who said yes.

What if a student says no?

They join, speak and vote like everyone else. Their voice is never captured, so no diagnostic.

Can the teacher listen to the recordings?

Only flagged excerpts from their own class, while consent is active. Withdrawn consent ends access.

How long is the audio kept?

90 days, then it is deleted. The written diagnostic stays.

Which languages?

English conversation classes for now.

When is the diagnostic ready?

Minutes after the lesson ends: one card per student, one for the teacher.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot. Then an annual per-student plan. Pilot schools keep their pilot terms.
